Sara Hamilton is the Senior Director of Global Sourcing and Production at FIGS. Sara has over ten years of experience in the fashion industry, working in both production and development.

Sara started their career as an Alumni Relations Intern at Corcoran College of Art and Design. In this role, they were responsible for developing a line of clothing, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring that deadlines were met. After their time at Corcoran, Sara worked at The World Bank as a Junior Professional Associate in External Affairs. In this role, they supported the Product Development Manager and prepared invoices and parcels for international shipments.

In their current role at FIGS, Sara is responsible for sourcing fabric and trims across all categories, negotiating pricing, and coordinating with the in-house pattern making and sample making team. Sara has been instrumental in driving the development of new fabrications and standards across all categories. Under their leadership, the company has seen success in meeting landmark deadlines and producing high-quality products.
