Paul Harding

Paul Harding is a skilled Mechanical Engineer currently employed at Figure since June 2024 and has a robust background in aerospace engineering and mechanical integration from previous roles at Astranis Space Technologies, where Paul worked from August 2021 to July 2024. Experience includes leading the Suspension Vehicle Dynamics at Wash U Racing with significant achievements in vehicle performance and design, as well as various engineering positions that involved hardware design, thermal analysis, and project leadership at organizations such as Astranis and Maxar Technologies. Paul also holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics with a Minor in Mathematics, both from Washington University in St. Louis and University of Redlands, respectively.
