Julianne Wagner is currently the Director at Figure Skating in Harlem. Julianne has over 15 years of experience in fundraising, strategic planning, marketing, and communications.
Previously, Julianne was the Assistant Executive Director of Planning & Development at Episcopal Social Services from August 2003 to June 2005. Julianne was responsible for fundraising, outcomes assessment, marketing/communications, strategic planning, and Board development. During their time there, they launched a $2.2M capital campaign for Early Childhood Center in Mott Haven, Bronx and wrote foundation and government grant requests which resulted in over 15 new relationships and $1MM. Julianne also oversaw annual fundraising appeals and stewardship approaches, created fundraising performance metrics and monitoring system, and worked with program heads to design and collect outcomes metrics. In addition, Julianne repositioned major marketing materials such as the web site, newsletters, annual report, and parish outreach. Julianne also managed the media and launch event for new facility, led the Board and new Executive Director through creation of 5-year strategic plan, and helped recruit 6 new Board members and restructure governance committees.
Julianne's experience has taught their how to successfully fundraise, plan strategically, assess outcomes, and manage marketing initiatives effectively. These skills have been essential in their current role as the Director at Figure Skating in Harlem where they are able to continue to make a positive impact in their community.
Julianne Wagner graduated from Yale University with a BA in Julianne'story and then went on to get their MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Her MBA has a concentration in marketing, finance, accounting, and decision sciences.
