Renee van Boheemen

Renee van Boheemen has extensive work experience in the footwear design industry. Renee is currently the Head of Design for Fila Footwear, leading the design team and driving creativity and innovation to push the brand forward. Prior to Fila, they worked at Adidas as a Senior Footwear Designer for the Orginals Women's range, where they set the direction and concept for the team. Renee also worked as a Footwear Designer at Nike for their Converse brand, focusing on product design and execution. Additionally, they have experience at ASICS Europe BV as an Assistant Product Marketing Manager, ASICS as a Footwear color and material designer, as well as at America Today and moonwalker in design roles.

Renee van Boheemen pursued their education by first enrolling in the Grotius College Delft for high school from 1999 to 2005, where they focused on a profile encompassing Nature and Health. Renee then proceeded to attend Delft University of Technology, where they completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Industrial and Product Design from 2005 to 2009. After their undergraduate studies, Renee pursued a Master's degree in Design for Interaction with a specialization in Retail at Delft University of Technology from 2010 to 2012. Seeking to enhance their skills, they obtained a Certificate of Completion from the Converse Sneaker School in Vietnam, specifically in the field of Sneaker School in Converse Footwear Technical Service, in 2015.
