Phil Skade

Phil Skade has over 18 years of work experience in the insurance industry. Phil began their career at Ageas UK in 2003 as a File Clerk, then moved to a Claims Service Advisor role, and eventually a Data Operations Technician. In 2011, they became a Senior Data Operations Technician, and in 2012 they were promoted to Project Manager. In 2014, they were promoted to Projects Team Lead and in 2017 they became a Senior Project Manager. In 2021, Phil joined Filament AI as a Product Manager, where they are responsible for managing the product discovery and delivery activity for the company's Syfter proposition. Phil works closely with the leadership team to define quarterly objectives, coordinates product discovery activities, and leads story mapping sessions.

Phil Skade has a long history of education and certifications. Phil attended Barton Peveril Sixth Form College from 2003 to 2005, then went on to earn their Business Information Systems (Hons) degree from Solent University in 2008, with a field of study in Information Technology. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications: PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from PeopleCert in 2021, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in 2015, and PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner from PeopleCert in 2021.
