Ying-Shan Lee

Ying-Shan Lee is an experienced professional with a diverse background in international relations, climate politics, and grant management. Currently serving as Acting Portfolio Director for Justice and Head of International at FILE since February 2020, Ying-Shan Lee previously held positions at the European Climate Foundation focusing on international climate politics and strategic pathways, and worked with Marie Stopes International as a Coordinator. Additional experience includes roles at BBC Media Action, Odu-Dua Housing Association, ARCHIVE Global, and both Eslite Corporation and Yuan–Liou Publishing Co., Ltd in marketing and communications. Ying-Shan Lee holds an MA in Development Studies from the University of East Anglia, and a BA in International Business Management from National Taiwan University.
