Clara Tsao

Clara Tsao is a skilled professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within various organizations. As a Founding Officer and Director at the Filecoin Foundation, Clara plays a pivotal role in shaping its mission and initiatives. Clara co-founded the Trust & Safety Professional Association and served as the former Co-Executive Director (Interim), contributing to the development of industry standards. In an advisory capacity, Clara is involved with the No.10 Innovation Fellowship at 10 Downing Street, and holds positions as a Senior Fellow (Non-Resident) at the Atlantic Council and a Fellow (Non-Resident) at the German Marshall Fund of the United States. Clara Tsao earned a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts with College and Departmental Honors from UCLA and a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Entrepreneurship from Imperial College London.
