Lars Kabitz

Lars Kabitz has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Recruitment Administrator at Adecco MarketReach. In 2007, they became a Secondary School Teacher at Etat de Fribourg - Staat Freiburg, where they worked until 2008. Lars then joined the University of Fribourg as an Undergraduate Research Assistant from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, they transitioned to EY, where they worked as an Auditor until 2016. From 2016 to 2022, Lars worked at AdNovum, starting as a Financial Controller and later moving on to the role of Group Controller. Lars'sfinal role at AdNovum was Head of Finance. Lars is currently working at FileWave as the Head of Finance, starting in 2022.

Lars Kabitz completed their education at various institutions over the years. Lars began their academic journey in 2000 at Collège St-Michel, where they studied Economics and Mathematics until 2004. Later on, from 2005 to 2008, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Management at the Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg. Moving forward, they attended Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg again from 2009 to 2011, this time to earn a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting. Additionally, Lars expanded their expertise by attending EXPERTsuisse in 2013-2014, where they obtained an Eidg. Dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer certification as a Swiss Certified Accountant. Lastly, from 2012 to 2017, they enrolled at the University of Zurich, where they successfully completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Managerial Accounting.
