Mikael Kilhage

Mikael Kilhage has extensive work experience, starting in 1980 with various positions at Ericsson, including roles such as SW designer, SW architect, strategic product manager, project leader, and team and line manager. From 2001 to 2004, they held the position of Department Manager for product and system management at Ericsson. In 2004, they joined Tieto as a Line Manager for the Service Network department. Throughout their tenure at Tieto, Kilhage held various roles including Director Signaling Products, Line Manager for IMS and Multimedia, Line Manager for business development, Director for Service Area Service net and Multimedia, and Manager Core Network and Multimedia Sweden. Mikael'sresponsibilities involved managing teams ranging from 10 to 450 people, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing profit and loss. Since 2015, Kilhage has been working at Filipstads kommun as an IT chef/CIO.

Mikael Kilhage attended Älvkullegymnasiet Karlstad from 1975 to 1979, where they graduated with a technical college degree in Telecommunications Engineering.
