Isaac Huang

Isaac Huang serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services and Director of Expanded Learning Opportunities at Fillmore Unified School District since October 2022. Isaac is an active Board Member of the California Association for Supervision and Curriculum and a Mentoring Leadership Committee Member for the California Association of Latino Superintendents and Administrators. Isaac also holds positions as a Board Member and Immediate Past President for the California Association of Asian and Pacific Leaders in Education, where efforts focus on uniting and advocating for Asian American and Pacific Islander voices in education. Isaac has extensive experience in various leadership roles, including Principal at Conejo Valley Unified School District and Assistant Principal in multiple districts. Isaac's educational background includes a Doctor of Education from USC Rossier School of Education and a Master's in Educational Leadership from California State University, Los Angeles.
