Kathleen Mason

Kathleen Mason is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in rights and deliverables management within the entertainment industry. Currently serving as Manager of Rights & Deliverables at Film 45 since December 2020, Kathleen has implemented new workflows to streamline deliverables processes. Kathleen has held various positions, including Producer for the podcast "Shared History: Under The Kilt," Onsite Rep for Nederlander National Markets, and roles at Pilgrim Media Group where responsibilities included clearing and licensing content. Additionally, experience includes company management at American Conservatory Theater and HR project assistance at Natural Alternatives International. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Management from DePaul University.
