Jennie Nusbaum has a diverse range of work experience in the fields of art direction, graphic design, and marketing. In their most recent role at FilmRise, they served as the Art Director, leading a team in creating visually stimulating promotional materials and consulting with other departments on art strategy. Prior to that, they worked as a Graphic Designer at both FilmRise and M.S. Walker, Inc., where they were responsible for branding and creating compelling design concepts for the wine and spirits industry. Before their graphic design roles, they gained experience as the Director of Marketing and Fiber Artist at TDavlin Glass, where they designed and manufactured architectural glass and tile. Jennie also worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer for a real estate company, managing print materials and establishing brand identity. Additionally, they completed internships in graphic design at Solider Design and non-profit organizations, where they developed concepts and worked closely with clients. Before their career in design, they volunteered as a Designer/Artist and played an integral role in establishing an art program at a local student center.

Jennie Nusbaum completed their high school education at Pioneer High School from 2003 to 2007, earning a high school diploma. Jennie then attended Columbia College Chicago in 2007 but did not obtain a degree or pursue a specific field of study. Following that, they attended Western Michigan University from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A) in Graphic Design.
