Johan Rofors

Johan Rofors has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Johan began their career as an IT consultant at Flexicon in 1990 and then moved on to serve as the ICT manager at Hagströmer & Qviberg, now known as HQ Bank. In 2001, they became the IT Manager for Scandinavia at Shurgard Sweden AB. Rofors then transitioned to the automotive industry, working as an Automotive Research Coordinator at Roadtodata Nordic AB and later at Bytbil Nordic AB. Johan joined AB Previa as an Acting IT Service Manager in 2010 before becoming a consultant at Atrivo AB. Rofors then worked at SF Bio AB as the IT Operations Manager and later as the Head of Infrastructure Management. In 2016, they became the Head of IT Infrastructure & Operations and the Interim Head of Service Management at Nordic Cinema Group. Johan currently holds the position of Head of Service Delivery Management at Filmstaden, a role they have been in since 2019. Throughout their career, Rofors has focused on managing IT operations, infrastructure, and service delivery, as well as implementing ITIL frameworks and driving structural changes within organizations.

Johan Rofors attended Spånga Gymnasium from 1986 to 1988, where they studied Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician. Johan then pursued studies in Electronics at the same institution from 1987 to 1989. In addition to their education, Johan obtained a certification in ITIL Foundation V3 from EXIN through BiTA Service management in 2010.
