Wagner grew up in Brazil, where he earned his PhD in Mechanical Engineering, and moved to Austin, TX in 2006. He has over fifteen years of experience in leading digital transformation implementations, with a strong delivery background and experience in running multi/interdisciplinary technology engagements, with a track record of balancing delivery needs with business reality, aligned with profit growth, resources optimization, sales and delivery harmonization, and client base strengthening.Wagner has experience with a variety of industries, such as automotive, technology, retail, materials, electronics, chemical, and energy. He also has deep experience in delivering integration and digital experience solutions for large customers such as PepsiCo, Costco, The Home Depot, BASF, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.When he’s not at work, Wagner enjoys spending time with his family and wife of 31 years, serving at his local church, cooking, practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and riding anything with speed.
