Yulia Gushchina has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2010 as a Special Education Coordinator for MingDao Education Development Center. In 2012, they became the Head of Communications department for Pirelli, and in 2013 they were a Key Account Manager and Project Coordinator for Huawei Technologies. In 2018, they were a Director of Blockchain Sales and Business Development and a Business Development Executive (Blockchain) for PixelPlex. In 2021, they joined LISA - LEAD Incubator & Startup Accelerator as a Participant: founder of "Hey You!" project, an application that helps to detect, manage and prevent burnout. Finally, in 2022 they were appointed to the Advisory Council of the Harvard Business Review and became the Head of Sales and Business Development for Filmustage, a company offering an AI-based automatic script breakdown and scheduling service.
Yulia Gushchina started their education in 2007 at Voronezh State University, where they studied International and Intercultural Communication and Translation Studies until 2012. In 2009, they also began studying Russian language and literature at the same university, which they completed in 2011. In 2010, they attended Qingdao University of Science and Technology to study Chinese language. In 2012, they attended Shanghai University to further their Chinese language studies. In 2017, they attended Imaguru Blockchain School to obtain their Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies certification. Most recently, in 2020, they began attending Stanford University Graduate School of Business to obtain their LEAD certificate in Executive Education.
