Elisa Cartolano

Elisa Cartolano has a diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance and software testing. Elisa started their career at Regina Elena National Institute for Cancer Treatment and Research in 2009, working as an Infermiera for seven years. In 2016, they transitioned to the IT industry and joined Key Partner as a Software Tester, where they worked on Agile projects and was responsible for designing test cases, executing manual tests, and documenting results. After that, they joined ALTEN Italia in 2017 as a Software Tester and Consultant for EUROBET SRL and POSTE ITALIANE S.P.A. Elisa played a key role in designing test cases, implementing and executing manual and automated tests, and documenting results and bug reports. In 2018, they joined Objectway as a Quality Assurance Engineer. Elisa'sresponsibilities included ensuring the quality of software products and collaborating with development teams. In 2020, Elisa joined Filo as an IT Lead QA Engineer and later took on the role of Software QA Lead - Scrum Master. Currently, they are employed at Gipo as a QA Engineer.

Elisa Cartolano obtained a Laurea in Scienze Infermieristiche from Sapienza Università di Roma between 2005 and 2008. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Expert Scrum Master from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in February 2023, ISTQB Certified Tester - Mobile Application Testing from ISTQB® - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in February 2022, UX Foundations: Usability Testing from LinkedIn in February 2022, Certified FMEA Specialist from Advanced Innovation Group Pro Excellence (AIGPE) in June 2021, Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in September 2019, ISTQB Software Tester Foundation from ISTQB® - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in December 2016, and Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in 2016.
