Erica Travan is a seasoned customer experience professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Specialist at FiloBlu since October 2021, Erica previously held the position of Front Office Manager at JW Marriott Venice Resort & Spa from March 2017 to September 2021, where responsibilities included countdown training for the pre-opening of Parklane Luxury Collection Resort & Spa in Limassol. Additional roles include Front Desk Manager and Front Desk Supervisor at various prestigious hotels, including San Clemente Palace Kempinski Venice and JW Marriott Venice Resort & Spa. Erica's career began at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where roles included Spa Receptionist and Front Desk Agent.
