Matthew W. is an accomplished human resources leader currently serving as Chief People Officer at Lambda, overseeing team development for The AI Developer Cloud since April 2024. Matthew also holds a position on the Board of Directors for Filoli, contributing to governance and engagement efforts since October 2023. Previously, as Chief People Officer and Advisor at Wish, Matthew managed people strategies during a challenging transitional period. From April 2019 to March 2023, Matthew was Vice President of People at Lyft, directing HR operations across global divisions. Prior to that, Matthew had a distinguished tenure at Google, culminating in the role of Director of People Operations for Google Cloud and making significant contributions as Director in various HR capacities for Alphabet companies.
