Clare Hartley

Clare Hartley is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in management and sales across various sectors. Currently serving as an Executive Member at Pavilion since February 2024, Clare has held significant roles at Filtered since February 2021, including Senior Enterprise Relationship Manager and Head of Global Sales. In addition to corporate roles, Clare is a Co-Owner and Managing Director at multiple successful ventures, including Adang Sea Divers Co.LTD, Benny's On The Beach Koh Lipe, Sunrise Beach Restaurant, and The Eco-Village Koh Lipe, where responsibilities encompass overall business management and team leadership.
