Dr. M.D. Rabiul Islam

Dr. Md Rabiul Islam is a Research Scientist at Filtrex Technologies Pvt Ltd, focusing on innovative materials development for drinking water since August 2023. Previously, Dr. Md Rabiul Islam served as a Scientist at ICCW from May 2022 to July 2023, and held several roles at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, from July 2015 to May 2022, including Research Associate, Project Associate, and Research Fellow, working extensively on noble metal and rare earth element extraction, as well as synthesizing advanced graphenic materials for various applications. Dr. Md Rabiul Islam earned a PhD in Graphenic Materials for Affordable Clean Water from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, in November 2021, a Master of Science in Physical Chemistry from Aligarh Muslim University in June 2015, and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Chemistry from the same institution in June 2013.
