Mallikarjuna Shroff Rama

Mallikarjuna Shroff Rama is an experienced researcher and manager currently serving as a Research Manager at Filtrex Technologies Pvt Ltd since April 2021. Prior to this role, Mallikarjuna held the position of Manager R&D at Proec Energy Ltd, leading R&D and Quality Control operations while diversifying product lines. At Halliburton, significant project management and customer interaction skills were developed during the tenure as Senior Scientist-Chemist. Mallikarjuna has also contributed to academia as a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Helsinki and University of Poitiers, focusing on clay behavior and pore space analysis. Additional research expertise includes work at Leibniz-Institut für Polymerforschung Dresden, specializing in self-assembly of polymers and nanostructured materials. Mallikarjuna received a Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry from the National Chemical Laboratory and University of Pune and holds an MSc in Chemistry from Bharathidasan University.
