Shady Nasr

Shady Nasr has a diverse work experience in the fields of human resources and law. Shady worked as the Head of Human Resources at Egypt Factors, a subsidiary of FIM Bank in Europe, from 2011 to present. Prior to that, they served as an HR Generalist at Soft Solutions in Egypt from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they worked as a Lawyer and HR Coordinator at a private law firm from 2008 to 2009.

Shady Nasr has a diverse educational background in the field of Human Resources and Law. In 2018, they attended Paris ESLSCA Business School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. In 2013, Shady received a certification as a Professional in Human Resources - International (PHRi) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Shady also holds a Professional Certified Human Resources Management Diploma from HRCI, which they acquired in 2010. In 2009, Shady completed a program in Basic Business Skills Acquisition (BBSA) at the FGF "Future Generation Foundation". Continuing their education, Shady pursued a Master's degree in Economic and Private Law at Ain Shams University from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Law from Ain Shams University between 2002 and 2006. Shady's additional certification includes being a Human Resources Business Professional (HRBP) from HRCI, which was previously known as Professional in Human Resources - International (PHRi), obtained in 2013.
