Henry Cashin

Henry is a Principal at Fin, responsible for sourcing investments, maintaining board responsibilities, and adding operating value at portfolio companies. Prior to joining Fin, Henry was the US Corporate Strategy Lead at Klarna, Europe’s most valuable privately held FinTech. During his time at Klarna, US annual transaction volume grew ~20x, as Klarna signed 19 of the largest 100 US e-commerce merchants and grew the New York office from 9 to +100 employees.

Henry was previously at Mastercard both on the M&A team, and as the Chief of Staff to the Chief Innovation Officer. During his time at Mastercard, Henry sourced and ran the APT acquisition for $600M, Mastercard’s largest acquisition at the time. Henry started his career in investment banking at Credit Suisse in the Financial Sponsors Group.

Outside of work, Henry founded and serves on the Associates Board for Row New York, New York’s largest rowing charity. Henry holds a BA in Government, US Foreign Policy from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
