V. Nicholas Cirella

V. Nicholas Cirella has a breadth of experience in the legal field, specializing in corporate law and investment management. V. Nicholas is currently serving as the COO & General Counsel at Fin Capital since September 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of General Counsel & CCO at Steadview Capital from March 2021 to March 2022. V. Nicholas also worked as an Associate Director (Legal) at Temasek from January 2020 to March 2021. In addition, they have experience as a Legal Counsel at Farallon Capital Management from May 2014 to January 2020 and as an M&A Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati from March 2013 to May 2014. Before joining these companies, they worked as an Associate Attorney at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP from November 2011 to January 2013. V. Nicholas obtained their Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Virginia School of Law in June 2011. Prior to that, they gained valuable legal experience as a Summer Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in 2010 and as a Summer Associate at Lee International in 2009. V. Nicholas Cirella also has experience outside the legal field, having worked as a Project Manager at StormBio, Inc. from June 2007 to June 2008.

V. Nicholas Cirella completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics from Harvard University between 2003 and 2007. Following that, they pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of Virginia School of Law from 2008 to 2011. Later, they obtained a Master's degree in Information and Data Science from the UC Berkeley School of Information from 2018 to 2021.
