Alethia Tan

Alethia Tan is currently the AVP & Head of Growth Operations at FinAccel. Prior to joining FinAccel, Alethia spent nearly six years at McKinsey & Company where they were a Manager with their Finalta team. As a project lead for the Digital and Multichannel Banking study, Alethia provided valuable insights to both US and Canadian clients while coaching a team of analysts. At McKinsey, Alethia also partnered with leadership to manage relationships with clients and worked cross-functionally across clients’ teams to identify strengths and performance gaps. Based on these findings, Alethia generated data-driven recommendations to support clients in their strategic initiatives and long-term planning.

Alethia Tan's educational career includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management (Finance) from the Singapore Management University.
