Boan Pasaribu

Boan Pasaribu is an experienced software engineering professional with a diverse background in leading large-scale projects and developing technical teams. Currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer at FinAccel since November 2018, Boan has been instrumental in managing cross-team initiatives and fostering knowledge sharing among technical staff. Previous roles include Software Engineering Manager at Berrybenka, where Boan designed and implemented projects to enhance organizational efficiency, and Senior Software Developer at various firms, contributing to the planning and development of business application systems. Boan holds a CCNA certification from Cisco Networking Academy and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from IPB University.
