Kimberly Serafin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2006, they worked at Allstate Roadside Services as a Unit Manager for three years before transitioning to a role as a Traffic Professional from 2009 to 2014. Kimberly then moved on to Zappos Family of Companies as a Social Media Support specialist for a year. From 2015 to 2019, they served as a Trust & Safety Specialist II at Rover.com. In 2020, they joined Coinme as a Customer Support Specialist Lead and held the role until February 2023. Currently, they are working at Finagraph as a Customer Service Lead.
Kimberly Serafin obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Communication-Media Studies from DePaul University, completing their education from 1998 to 2001.
