Ann Skalski

Vice President Brand Development at Final Bell

Ann Skalski started their work experience in 1993 as a Senior Account Partner at DDB Needham, where they supervised Johnson & Johnson consumer products. Ann then joined NW Ayer as the Vice President and Associate Creative Director, where they developed the first-ever global brand positioning for Avon.

In 2000, Ann became the Creative Director at Just Ask a Woman, a brand consulting firm specializing in marketing to women. Ann managed all internal and external creative projects for clients such as Saks Fifth Avenue and Time Inc.

From 2001 to 2006, Ann worked at Saks Fifth Avenue as the Vice President and Director of Creative Services, where they developed creative concepts for advertising campaigns and supervised a team of art directors and stylists.

In 2006, Ann had two roles: Director of Styling/Creative Consultant at Walter Schupfer Management and Creative Director at Camuto Group. Ann directed beauty/fashion talent at Walter Schupfer Management and was responsible for the creative development of the Jessica Simpson Fashion Collection at Camuto Group.

From 2007 to 2018, Ann founded Hot House Style, a company that provided unique marketing solutions in the fashion and luxury industries.

In 2018, they joined 14th Round, Inc. as the Chief Brand Officer for Double Barrel/Brand Director for 14th Round. Ann directed all initiatives related to the Double Barrel brand and won a 2020 Clio Marketing award for a social media collaboration.

Currently, Ann Skalski is the Vice President of Brand Development at Final Bell, a company that outsources the production of infused products and concentrates for the legal cannabis industry. Ann leads brand development efforts and develops tailor-made solutions for clients.

Ann Skalski has a Masters of Science degree in Communications from Ithaca College. Ann also has a Master of Science degree in Communication and Media Studies, also from Ithaca College.
