Brunno G Portela has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Brunno G began their career as a Financial Analyst at Banco Real in 2007. Brunno G then worked as an Inside Sales Representative at Dell in 2008, followed by a role as a Market Intelligence Analyst at Vivo. In 2012, they joined Grupo RBS as a Coordinator of Marketing, where they led a team and took charge of restructuring the Market Intelligence department.

In 2016, Brunno worked at The Body Shop as a Marketing and Innovation Lead for the Latin American region. Brunno G was responsible for category management, product innovation, and overseeing global operations reports. In 2017, they joined Unilever as a Global Senior Innovation Lead, where they managed innovation projects and developed brands in the Home Care and Household Care sectors.

Brunno later joined Webedia in 2019 as the Innovation and Product Lead for Gaming. In this role, they conceptualized and developed innovation projects, created new video products and events, and strategized branding and communication for non-endemic gaming and esports brands. Brunno G also worked as a Disruptive Marketing specialist for esports during their time at Unilever.

Currently, Brunno holds the position of Creative Strategy Director and Executive Partner at Final Level Company since 2021. Additionally, they are a co-owner of madmonkey since 2019.
