Florencia Ciucci

Florencia Ciucci has been working in the Human Resources field since 2017. Florencia began their career at The Walt Disney Company as a Jr. Analyst Human Resources, where they worked with the Compensation&Benefits team to improve and seek new benefits that impacted employees' lives, and was the Point of Contact for the Internal Communication of the company from the HR area. Additionally, they were an Intern Talent Acquisition, where they coordinated the general interview process, published searches, filtered and selected CVs, conducted telephone screenings of candidates, conducted first interviews, prepared contracts, and supported administrative tasks in the area. Florencia also participated and organized job fairs and university activities.

In 2021, Florencia began working at Stuart as a People Operations, where they worked daily with the OPS Team in administrative tasks related to onboarding, recruitment, onboarding process for drivers, and resolving external clients' inquiries related to hiring and payments. Currently, Florencia is a People Operations Analyst at Finalis, which they began in 2022.

Florencia Ciucci is currently pursuing a Maestría in Recursos Humanos y Desarrollo de Talento from EAE Business School, which they expect to complete in 2022. Previously, they earned a Licenciatura in Gestión de recursos humanos/Administración de personal, general from Universidad del Salvador in 2019.
