Hernán L.

Hernán L. has a diverse work experience ranging from managing projects, products, and industrial optimization. Hernán started their career as a research assistant in an environmental research department and worked on air quality and biomass residue projects. After that, they worked as an Industrial Customization Assistant at Ternium and analyzed the plant layout to improve it. Hernán then worked at Agencia de Desarrollo San Nicolás, where they held the roles of Internal Management Responsible and Project Manager, leading multidisciplinary work teams and executing projects within a defined timeline. Hernán then worked as a Product Manager at GestionerSoft, where they analyzed functional and non-functional requirements for the ERP and various custom solutions. Hernán then moved up to the role of Technical Product Manager before joining Finalis as a Jr. Product Manager.

Hernán L. started their education in 2011 and completed their Industrial Engineering degree at the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional in 2021. In 2020, while still studying for their engineering degree, they also completed a course in Public Administration at the Universidad de 'San Andrés'. Additionally, in March of 2022, Hernán obtained a certification in JavaScript Algorithms and Data Structures from freeCodeCamp.
