Sebastian Gallino

Sebastian Gallino began their career in 2003 as a Software Engineer for Motorola - Mobile Devices - San Diego. In 2007, they moved to Electronic Data Systems as a Project Management SME. In 2008, they joined HP as a Ally Progam Management Office and PgO Programme Manager. In 2011, they moved to HP Enterprise Services as a Delivery Manager. In 2017, they joined DXC Technology as a Delivery Manager, where they were responsible for managing all operations within a country. In 2022, they joined Finalis as the Head / Senior Director of Engineering in the P&E Department, where they are growing the Finalis Investment Banking-as-a-Service platform for bankers, companies and investors to collaborate and to execute transactions.

Sebastian Gallino completed a Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Católica de Córdoba between 1995 and 2001. Sebastian then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from ISEAD in 2008-2009. Sebastian has also obtained several certifications, including a Leader of Leaders Journey from MIT Sloan Management Review in July 2021, a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the International Scrum Institute in November 2020, a Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) from Motorola Mobility (a Lenovo Company) in 2006, a Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE) from ASQ - World Headquarters in 2005, a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from Motorola Mobility (a Lenovo Company) in 2005, a Sun Java Certified Programmer from Sun Microsystems in 2004, and an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in November 2021.
