Katie Hoyt

Katie Hoyt serves as the Director of Communications & Grant Writing for North Scott Community School District since July 2021, while also holding the position of Chapter President and Board Member for North Scott Community Enhancement Project since October 2018. With extensive experience in marketing and strategy consulting at Grace Marine and Captain's Quarters Dry Stack Marina since 2005, Katie has also contributed to academia as an instructor at Palmer College of Chiropractic from June 2003 to February 2022. Notable roles included Research Program Manager at the Palmer Center for Chiropractic Research and various positions at The Spine Institute for Quality. Katie holds a Master of Organizational Leadership from St. Ambrose University and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications & Public Relations from Graceland University, achieving commendable academic success throughout both programs.
