Brian Ware

Brian Ware, MBA has a diverse work experience in the banking and finance industry. Brian currently holds the position of SVP Residential Sales Manager at Finance Factors, Ltd. Prior to this, they served as a Branch Manager at M&T Bank where they achieved significant profitability growth and provided financial management advisory services to small businesses. Brian also worked as a Mortgage Banker at SunTrust, Capital One, and Chase, handling tasks such as reviewing and analyzing financial reports, preparing mortgage applications, and advising borrowers. Additionally, Brian Ware served in the US Army as a National Guard from 2000 to 2012.
