Finance Factors
Kristi Maynard has a strong background in finance and has held significant leadership roles throughout their career. Kristi started their career at First Hawaiian Bank in 1984, where they served as EVP & Treasurer. In this role, they formalized and developed the treasury function and provided leadership to seven treasury functions. Kristi was also appointed to the Council on Revenues, a select group attached to the State of Hawaii Department of Taxation. In 2016, they joined Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation as Chief Financial Officer before moving to Finance Factors, Ltd. in 2017, where they currently serve as Chief Financial Officer.
Kristi Maynard holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance and Accounting from the University of Washington. Kristi also completed their Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at the University of South Dakota. In addition, they attended the Pacific Coast Banking School, although details about the specific degree and field of study are not provided.
