Richard Todd has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Richard currently holds the position of Head of Credit Residential Mortgages at Finance Ireland since December 2018. Prior to this, they served as Head of Credit at Pepper Financial Services Group from August 2017 to December 2018. Before that, they were the Head of Underwriting, Ireland at Pepper Financial Services Group from October 2015 to August 2017.
Richard also worked at AIB, where they held the position of Senior Manager - Asset Management (Third Party Management) from July 2011 to October 2015. Richard was responsible for overseeing all aspects of asset management, driving performance, and implementing strategic solutions.
Richard started their career at EBS Limited in 2008, where they held various managerial roles. Richard served as the Manager of the Arrears Support Unit from May 2008 to March 2012. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Recoveries and Collections, where they managed collection activities for different portfolios.
Richard briefly worked as the Director of Lending at Fresh Mortgages Limited from July 2007 to December 2007. Richard also held the position of Chief Residential Underwriter at EBS Building Society from 2005 to 2007.
Richard Todd attended the Royal Belfast Academical Institution from 1983 to 1989. Richard later studied at Ulster University from 1990 to 1993 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business & Finance.
