Bruno Pasceri

President, Incenter at Finance of America Companies

Bruno has been a prominent leader in the mortgage industry for almost four decades. In 1998, he joined Gateway Funding and grew it into one of the most respected national mortgage providers and servicers in the U.S. Under his aegis, Gateway became a model for how an employee-first philosophy invoking 1940’s family values can inspire loyalty and overcome the challenges of an unpredictable business.

Bruno steered his organization through the 2001 recession and a severe contraction in the housing market to achieve record volume and profitability by 2004. He again led the company through the mortgage meltdown of 2008, emerging well-positioned to leverage the recovering economy into further growth. Gateway went on to receive numerous industry awards including making Mortgage Executive Magazine’s Top 100 Mortgage Companies list three years in a row, as well as the magazine’s list of Top 50 Best Places to Work. Bruno was named one of the Top 100 Mortgage Executives in America five years running.

In 2015, Gateway Funding was acquired by UFG Holdings and Bruno was appointed co-president of Finance of America. In 2017, he was named chief revenue officer and continues to serve in this role today.

In 2017, Bruno was asked to also lead Incenter, a relatively new subsidiary focused on optimizing operational and financial performance in the mortgage and lending industry. Working closely with the Incenter leadership team, he is responsible for setting the Incenter mission and vision, evaluating and guiding strategic acquisitions, providing financial oversight and support across Incenter’s seven different companies, and growing the Incenter corporate brand and reputation.

Outside of Incenter, Bruno is a board member of Xinnix mortgage training company. Previously, he served as vice president of the Delaware Valley Charter Schools Board of Directors and as a member of both the Mortgage Bankers Production board and the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) task force. He has also taught leadership courses at Temple University in Philadelphia. He earned his B.S. in Accounting at Ursinus College and lives in Rydal, Penn.
