Nick Salzberg

Nick Salzberg is a highly experienced industrial organiser with a strong background in workplace relations and compliance. Currently employed at the Finance Sector Union of Australia since May 2016, Nick visits member sites to resolve industrial issues, assist with grievances, recruit new union members, and promote organizational campaigns. Prior to this role, Nick served at the Fair Work Commission from July 2009 to May 2016, managing right of entry permits and unfair dismissal cases. Additional experience includes working as a workplace delegate with the CPSU-PSU Group and assessing compliance of workplace agreements at the Workplace Authority. Nick's earlier career involved providing multilingual IT support in the pharmaceutical sector and teaching English in a high school setting. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and French from UNSW and a Higher School Certificate from TAFE NSW.
