Akanksha Chatter is an experienced professional currently serving as Operations Manager and Customer Success Manager at Financepeer since June 2021, where responsibilities include Account Relationship Management for online accounts and leading the customer experience team. Prior experiences include involvement in a social concern project at Bosch in late 2020, a Social Media Marketing Intern position at Meet University in mid-2020, and a Marketing Intern role at JK Tyre & Industries Ltd. in the summer of 2018. Akanksha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Nirma University and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Christ University, complemented by foundational education in Commerce from Lakshmipat Singhania School.
