Tania Milnes is currently the General Manager Membership at Financial Advice Association Australia (FAAA) since August 2021. Prior to this role, Tania is the Owner/Consultant at Milnes Consulting Group, where Tania empowers financial services entrepreneurs to elevate their businesses. With a background in leadership roles at Mortgage Choice from 2005 to 2019, Tania has extensive experience in managing national financial planning networks and overseeing strategic projects. Tania also has a strong educational background with a Diploma of Financial Services in Financial Planning, Finance/Mortgage Broking Management, and a Master of Arts in Languages and International Management.
