Karen Head

Karen Head has extensive experience in the benefits enrollment field, with a career spanning from 1991 to the present. Currently, at Financial Benefit Services, LLC, since August 2005, Karen serves as Lead Enroller and Call Center Supervisor during TRS Open Enrollment, overseeing a team of 15-20 Call Center Enrollers. Additionally, since October 2019, Karen has been working as a Benefits Counselor for Willis Towers Watson in a contract role during the fourth quarter.
