Melissa Gamboa possesses over 20 years of experience in Mortgage Lending, with a strong focus on operational excellence, compliance, and managing mortgage loan operations from processing through funding. Currently serving as AVP of First Mortgage at Financial Center since August 2024, Melissa previously held the position of Vice President of Mortgage Operations and Administration at Credit Union 1, where significant contributions to asset growth and staff development were made. Prior roles include managing a complex loan portfolio at Citi and overseeing Private Bank operations at J.P. Morgan, enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Melissa also held various positions at Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase & Co., demonstrating a consistent track record of client relationship management and revenue generation.
