Tom Lamendola

Tom Lamendola has extensive experience in marketing, business development, and recruitment. Tom currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Financial Independence Group, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they were the Director of Marketing at the same company from December 2020 to January 2023. Tom also served as the Director of Business Development - Talent & New Advisor Acquisition from February 2017 to December 2020. Before joining Financial Independence Group, Tom was the Executive Director - Professional Staffing at RCS Corporation from April 2016 to January 2017. Tom also worked as the Managing Partner - Professional Services Recruitment at Mindseeker from November 2009 to March 2016. Tom's earlier experience includes roles at Wachovia and Wachovia Bank N.A., where they held various recruiting and sourcing positions.

Tom Lamendola attended St. Bonaventure University from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting. During the same period, they also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting at St. Bonaventure University.
