Jerlijn Kasmani has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jerlijn is currently working as the Chief Digital & Marketing Officer (CDMO) at FinancialLease.nl, where they are responsible for the digital transformation of the company and managing the MarTech stack. Previously, they worked as the Managing Director and Partner at Nominow CDP, where they focused on product management and marketing for their Customer Data Platform solution. Jerlijn also held roles at Webpower, where they served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and later as the Managing Director, leading the development of their marketing automation platform and overseeing international growth. Before that, they were a Managing Partner at Eyefun look & feel, a creative studio. Jerlijn started their career as an Internet Consultant at Bright Alley and later worked as a Stafmedewerker Informatisering Intermediair at Allianz. Jerlijn began their career at GlaxoSmithKline as the Head of Data Management, where they were responsible for clinical trial data management and implemented a SAS-based solution.
Jerlijn Kasmani has a diverse education history. In 2022, they attended Nyenrode Business University where they studied Klant- en toekomstgericht Innoveren. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2014, Jerlijn attended Utrecht University, focusing on Software Product Management.
