Jenika Phipps

Jenika Phipps is currently the Manager of Climate Related Disclosures at the Financial Markets Authority in New Zealand since January 2022. Previously, Jenika held positions at Deloitte New Zealand, including Advisory Manager from November 2020 to January 2022 and Field Manager in Audit on a fixed-term contract until November 2019. Prior to that, Jenika worked as a Management Accountant at Anthony Harper and held various positions at Deloitte New Zealand, including Audit Supervisor and Audit Analyst. Jenika has a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Management from The University of Auckland, and Jenika attended Takapuna Grammar School.
