David Lewis

David Lewis started their career in 2000 as a Sales Associate at Buckeye Books. In this role, they were responsible for marketing textbooks, school supplies, and school apparel to college students, operating a cash register, and taking physical count of books on hand. In 2002, they became a Bartender at Sportservice - Nationwide Arena, handling large volumes of customers and helping to generate up to $7,000 in gross revenues per game. In 2008, they joined WBNS-TV as a Video Editor/Production Associate, where they were accountable for numerous functions, such as Assistant Director, Floor Director, and Audio Operator. David also edited pieces from 15-second commercials to 30-minute shows, created graphic elements, selected music and sound effects, color graded, mixed audio, obtained client approval, and exported and distributed videos per client instructions. In 2019, they joined Benjamin F. Edwards as a Registered Financial Client Associate and Financial Client Associate. Finally, in 2020, they became a Registered Sales Assistant at Financial Northeastern Companies.

David Lewis has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Marketing from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business (1999-2004), an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Digital Audio and Video Production from Columbus State Community College (2006-2008), and a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor certification from College for Financial Planning (2015-2016). Additionally, they have obtained certifications from FINRA (Series 7, 2019), the Ohio Department of Insurance (Property and Casualty Insurance, 2018; Life Insurance License, 2017), NASAA (Series 66, 2016), Scuba Schools International (Boat Diver, n/a; Nitrox Diver, n/a; Specialty Diver, n/a), and the American Red Cross (CPR, n/a).
