Chandra Hirani

Chandra Hirani is an experienced finance professional with a robust career in strategic finance and financial planning. Currently serving as the Head of Strategic Finance and Interim CFO at the Financial Ombudsman Service since July 2020, Chandra previously held senior roles including Senior Director of FP&A at IGT plc and Head of Openreach Financial Planning and Systems at BT plc, where responsibilities included leading financial planning processes and managing financial applications. With a foundational career at LogicaCMG, which included positions as Finance Director for both UK and Asia, Chandra has demonstrated expertise in managing financial operations across diverse sectors. Chandra holds an Associate of Chartered Accountants from ICAEW and a degree in Mathematics with Computing from the University of Surrey.
