Juliana Francis

Juliana Francis has over two decades of experience in the financial and professional services sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Inclusion & Wellbeing at the Financial Ombudsman Service since February 2005, Juliana previously held the role of Ombudsman and Solicitor. Before joining the Financial Ombudsman Service, Juliana was the Head of Professional Conduct at the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants from 1999 to January 2005.
