Director, Chapter Engagement at Financial Planning Association (FPA)

Jennifer H. has extensive experience in various roles within different organizations. From 2009 onwards, they worked for the Financial Planning Association as the Director of Chapter Engagement, where they were responsible for the development and support of 91 affiliate organizations across the country. Jennifer also led the boards of these organizations in various areas including governance, risk management, and strategic planning.

Prior to that, from 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Consultant for Musicians of St. Claire, where they conducted a strategic planning meeting and created marketing and fund development plans for the choir. Jennifer also implemented operational and governance best practices.

From 1997 to 2007, they worked for the Medical Group Management Association as the Education/Relations Manager. In this role, they implemented corporate strategy and managed budgetary responsibilities for numerous departments. Jennifer also oversaw component relations activities for multiple specialties and members.

Jennifer H.'s education history began in 1990 when they attended Western Colorado University for an unspecified period of time. Jennifer then went on to Metropolitan State University of Denver from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. After a break from formal education, they enrolled at Regis University from 2003 to 2007 to pursue a field of study in Nonprofit Management. Jennifer's education history does not indicate that they obtained a degree from Regis University. Additionally, in January 2019, they obtained the Certified Association Executive (CAE) certification from the American Society of Association Executives.
