Lauren Henderson

Lauren Henderson is an experienced learning and development professional, currently serving as Global Head of Learning, Talent and Inclusion at the Financial Times since August 2013. Prior to this role, Lauren held positions such as Global Head of Learning and Development at the Financial Times, Learning and Development Manager at Trinity Mirror Group PLC, and Organisational Capability Lead at Nestle. Lauren's career began with roles at The Financial Times as a Global Learning and Development Advisor and at Oxford Building Solutions as a People Support Officer, along with early experience as an In Store Trainer at Whittard of Chelsea. Educational qualifications include a BA Hons in International Business with French from Nottingham University Business School, and certifications in Cognitive Behavioural Coaching and Occupational Testing.
